Refund Policy

At the Institute for Sacred Essential Living, Aromatherapy & Holistic Healing (iSELAHH), we strive to provide meaningful and high-quality educational experiences. Please review the following policy carefully before enrolling in any course, workshop, or retreat.


Digital Courses & Online Workshops

Due to the digital nature of our courses and learning materials, all sales are considered final once course access has been granted.

If you change your mind after purchasing a course, you may request a refund within 48 hours of registration, provided that:

  • You have not logged into the course platform, and
  • You have not accessed or downloaded any course materials.

Once course content has been accessed, refunds cannot be issued.

If you have questions about a course before enrolling, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase.


Live Retreats & In-Person Events

Because retreats and live events require advance planning and reserved space, the following refund policy applies:

  • More than 60 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
  • 30–60 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee
  • Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at least 14 days prior to the event.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable course materials
  • Digital resources and guides
  • Gift cards or promotional purchases
